1. Definitions
- Platform means the daryger.com website and the patient account on it, part of the Daryger ecosystem.
- Account means Daryger ID: one account for the website, the patient account and professional accounts.
- User means a person who uses the Platform, with or without an account (search, catalogue, articles).
- Professionals and organisations means doctors, nurses, clinics, pharmacies and laboratories whose status has been checked in Daryger ID.
By registering or booking an appointment you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.
2. What the Platform offers
A catalogue of checked professionals and organisations, search, a drug reference, articles and help; booking appointments for yourself and your family; a patient account — appointments, medical record access and consents, family and trusted persons, reviews, payments, support.
The Platform connects patients with professionals. It does not provide medical care itself: care is provided by professionals and organisations.
3. Your account and its security
- An account is opened by an adult. Children and wards are represented by their legal representative, through the Family section.
- One account belongs to one person. Access must not be shared.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for keeping access to the email and Telegram linked to the account: confirmation codes arrive there.
- Every sign-in, password change and password reset is confirmed with a code — in Telegram if it is linked, otherwise by email.
- Phone numbers are not yet confirmed by SMS. So after registering with a phone number you need to confirm an email or Telegram — the account does not open without it.
- If you suspect someone else has used your access, change the password, end the other sessions in Daryger ID and contact support.
4. Appointments and payment
- An appointment is an arrangement between you and a professional or organisation. They set the times, services and prices.
- If a professional asks for payment in advance, the money goes directly to their account or the organisation's account through a payment service. Daryger does not take patients' money and charges patients no commission.
- Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds follow the professional's rules shown when you book.
- If you often miss appointments without cancelling, booking becomes limited. The Platform explains the rules in advance, on the booking page and in your account.
5. Medical record and consents
- Your medical record is kept by professionals and organisations. You grant access to it — by consent with a code or on a paper form. You can see who opened the record and withdraw consent.
- In an emergency a doctor may open the record under the emergency access rules. Every such opening is logged and shown to you under "Who viewed the record".
6. Reviews
- You can leave a review only after an appointment has taken place.
- Write honestly and to the point: no insults, no other people's personal data, no advertising or links. Reviews pass an automatic check and moderation.
- You can edit a review once and delete it at any time. The professional may reply. You can report a review or a reply.
7. What you must not do
- Attempt to access other people's accounts or data, or circumvent limits and checks.
- Load the Platform with automated requests, scrape data from it, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written consent.
- Book appointments in someone else's name or post false reviews.
- Post material that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
8. Medical responsibility
The Platform does not diagnose or prescribe treatment. Articles and help are general information and do not replace seeing a doctor. All diagnostic and treatment decisions are made by professionals.
If life is at risk, call an ambulance — the number for your country is on the website, under Emergency.
9. Price
Using the Platform is free for patients. Services of professionals and organisations are paid to them directly, at their prices.
10. Availability and changes
We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it: maintenance windows and failures at our connectivity, hosting and email providers are possible. We may change what the Platform offers. We will give advance notice of material changes that worsen these terms, via your linked contacts.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time and ask support to delete your account. We may suspend access if these terms are breached, if other people's security is at risk, or where the law requires it — with advance notice where possible.
12. Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profit or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update this document. The current version is always available at this address and its date is shown at the top. We will announce material changes via your linked contacts.
